Parañaque

Parañaque, officially known as the City of Parañaque (Tagalog: Lungsod ng Parañaque, Tagalog pronunciation: [paɾɐˈɲäke̞]), is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 689,992 people.

    This building is already demolished to give way for the Gold Residences developed by the SMDC. This was the former site of the first Duty Free Mall in the 1980s and the 1990s prior to its transfer further south and was converted to PAGCOR's Casino Filipino Entertainment and Gambling Center before the building itself was demolished sometime between 2018 and 2019.

    As of April 30, 2020, Pearl Plaza Mall is now re-operating because of the renovation and reopening of the said place. I saw the renovated mall on Google Street View/Google Maps recently and it showed that it wasn't abandoned anymore.
